A few days ago ACS:LAW were DDOSed they accidentally released ALL of their emails and personal information of thousands of people who they accused of downloading porn videos and other files illegally. The idiot in charge of this operation, Andrew Crossley (who lives at 5 Oak Way Ifold, Loxwood, BILLINGSHURST, West Sussex, RH14 0RU) seems not to know what encryption is, so much so that I have been looking though the excel spread sheet. Seems to be against the data protection act there! Ohh, also putting personal information on GOOGLES server probably is too.

Some of the other emails in the leak include such fine examples such as this…

You are fucking joke. Happy? You? With Kevin the drug addled hermit who has n=thing to do with you or his family. You are the saddest person I have ever met. Now get the fuck away from me forever you complete washed up drug addict loser.

Andrew your ex-husband of 14 years.

Another e-mail in Mr Andrew ‘Nice guy’ Crossley’s inbox is as follows;

Hi Andrew,

I have spoken to a producer Omar Williams who whishes to come on board. Some of his material is the best selling in the Uk. Can I give him your deails?

Regards Mike

Do you know who Omar Williams is? Well, he is a porn star/producer… who has a rather large penis according to the unfortunate Google search thinking he was someone completely different.

Your probably thinking that this is very, very, very bad… and that the leak is apouling. But then they is  this email [1282062702.H572040P13714.mail2.dfsv61 in .andre_crossley@acs-law_co_uk].

CONTROL DATA

Flagged for Court?
Proceedings Issued?
Wireless Claimed?
Sensitive Infringer?
Child?
Politically Sensitive?
Instalments?

Hang on a minute… did that say politically sensitive? It appears it did. So not only is ACS:Law forcing people to pay £500 without sufficient evidence nor a court case proving their guilty, they are looking to preform blackmail on politicians  to get more money for what they may or may not have done.

Could be worse for Mr Douchbag, could have put his bank details on… ohh, wait one second. He did. It might be and probably is, “Bank name, RBS Plc. Account Number – ********. Bank ID –********* Account name, ACS Law Solicitors”. – still could be worse couldn’t it?

Wait one minute, I think things have got worse for Mr Happys personal life… remember that email with his wife, well according to CapSiZe this was an email “Congratulations on taking the first step. Dear andy, welcome to eHarmony UK. By registering, your already on your way to finding a happy, successful relationship”.

So the next time you wish to share things online such as Jasper Feversham’s fine work such as “Her in the Eye”, “Skin City” and “MILF Magic 3” who sent an email to this fraud firm ACS:Law saying “Much looking forward to sending letters to these fuckers”, you should make sure you encrypt, use VPNs where possible and use PeerBlocker. However, if you want reputable law firm ACS:Law to see you don’t bother with these. After all, it’s not like this evil practice wasn’t brought up in the house of Lords by Lord Lucas of Crudwel and Dingwall for what he said “amounts to blackmail… The cost of defending one of these things is reckoned to be £10,000. You can get away with asking for £500 or £1,000 and be paid on most occasions without any effort having to be made to really establish guilt. It is straightforward legal blackmail.”

Once again, thank you Mr Crossley! Looks like your going to get fined half a million pounds now!

NOTE-This is satire.

This episode we talk about the latest gaming news (and how the government will not stop the legislation which will spy on you), some games which are coming out soon. A pointless discussion about Battlefield Bad company 2 in which we change our opinions several times and complain about many more things as you would expect from the podcast.

Remember to go to www.gmcrf.co.uk, email the episode at gmcrf@me.com and digg the episode too.

(Also, the world cup is fixed. I don’t know if this was mentioned – but, it was fixed to stop Spain from rebelling as they are in economic turmoil. The octopus was a way of transmitting the message to the other match fixing rings around the world. In addition, we have MAFIFA to thank for this as they are also in the fix too; hence, the lack of goal line technology. If you are in the United Kingdom, I have proof of this. Go to the BBC iPlayer and watch Newsnight for the 9th July 2010. Its rather conclusive.)
